DISTANCE CONTROL

A new telecontrol system applied to the Digitron regulation allows the remote adjustment of all the functions of the regulator.
The system, denominated TeleDigitron, is designed with modular components that allows to increase considerably its functions.

A basic card, a series of epron and a modem allow the system to comunicate with PLC and inverter, to retain a complete record of data and to transfer them. When necessary, to a monitoring and supervision plant, both in-house and outward.

Many different versions are available, all suitable to the different company requests and increseable for every production innovations or special customer requirement.

The design of new plan required by MAZZINIICI a new Customer service, more efficient and complete than what available till now in the textile air engineering; Teledigitron indeed, already in the simplest version, could provide performance of teleservice, i.e. allows to check directly from our offices the real efficiency of the connected installations and it enables our qualified technician for a quick intervention in order to mend possible anomalies or adequate plant working condition to every special request.
The most complete variants foresee performances more and more elaborate of Teledigitron; these performances are extendible until the complete monitoring of the plant totality, up to give the complete historical data of plant, from the thermohygrometric conditions to the variation of the actuatos, from the change of checked pressure to the electric absorption of the motors.
