“Custom Pack” air treatment stations for air conditioning and fibre separation

Centralized dust and waste removal and air conditioning for textile factories need big stations in order to contain equipment as: rotary filters, fans, dampers, air washer, pumps, waste separator, etc.
Building costs are always increasing and in a factory area is a precious good; owing to this MAZZINIICI designed a new series of air treatment stations prefabricated and assembled that indisputably constitute a worthwhile and profitable alternative to the building structure usually adopted for realizing centralized systems.
Our treatment station foresee a rugged base, made up of steel sections, that supports the various component parts and the side and roofing panels.

Both kind of panels are constituted by galvanized dual-sheet parts which are insulated through foamed polyurethan interposed to the galvanized sheet coated of paint.

A special manufacture for outer installation is also scheduled. Special rain protection is provided for stations positioned outdoor.
The over-all dimensions of the stations enable an easy road conveyance by conventional means of transport as their top dimensions are of m 2,40 in width, m3 in height; that enable station to be completely assembled and equipped in our factory, than loaded up on a lorry, transferred to the customer and positioned. After a simple connection to ducting, fluids and electrical lines, station are ready to work.
The standardized series is seized for air volume capacities of 70.000 to 110.00 cm/h. Besided in the traditional air conditioning stations, provided with by-pass system or not, “Custom Pack” stations are constructed both for fibres’ & waste separation and for filtering process of the air returning from the conditioned rooms.
Different Custom solutions are possible; when requested our technicians are able to design stations different in components and dimensions. Apart from the economical benefit constituted by the lower global cost of the system, “Custom Pack” stations enable their unabridged recovery and reutilization in another location, in the event of future restructures of the production rooms
