VACUUM
Vacuum cleaning of textile machines with centralized collection of dirt and waste
The high productivity of modern textile machines and, at the same time, the need of a top-quality production can be obtained through an efficient air conditioning and an adequate dust removal of the working environment, as well as a thorough cleaning of the machines even in the most hidden spots.
As per the latter operation the use of compressed air jets would inevitably cause a temporary environmental pollution, thus giving rise to troubles for personnel and a worsening in quality for products.
Vacuum cleaning through industrial travelling exhaust fans represents an improvement and its acceptable for little rooms wherein work 20 looms maximally or a modest spinning line, as it would be difficult to maneuver big travelling units in a bigger rooms where it is moreover necessary to carry out the contemporary cleaning operation on more machine.
Our vacuum centralized suction system solves all the problems raised by cleaning both machines and textile working room. In fact, the dust and wastes stationary collecting unit (1) as well as the high-vacuum suction unit (2) are concentrated in a convenient area.
From this point a stationary piping system, which could be aerial, but it would be better if underground or within passages (3), branches out into the room with the relevant plugs to which, according to need, a flexible pipe (5), provided with suction nozzles of different kind (6), can be connected.
The positioning of the floor openings, along with lenght of the enclosed flexible pipe, enable to reach, in a weaving room, 4 to 6 looms thus maximally restricting the operative displacements.
High vacuum centralized dust suction for textile machines “cleaning, waste” removal and transportation
The vacuum centralized system is furthermore in the spinning field, where, along with the great practicalness of the high-vacuum cleaning of the machines, it could be coupled the removal and the transportation, even over remarkable distances, of the varying kinds of wastes, which have been produced during the whole technological run typical of a spinning mill.
The shown diagram highlights how it is possible, by means of a very small piping system (100-150 mm diameter), to reach all the spots from which the different types of wastes are cyclically taken, according to the programs, and conveyed to separate collectors and then they are available to undergo a new processing or for pressing or elimination, etc.
High-vacuum suction and high-speed transportation along the pipes require very short operating times for each single working spot; consequentely, even through a medium-powered suction unit, it can be operated on large spinning rooms.
