PREFABRICATED AIR TREATMENT STATIONS

To the traditional type and to the preassembled Custom Pack type centrals, now we add a new series of air treatment centrals, prefabricated type, designed for an easy and fast assembling and high versatility.

A modular series of structure elements and of walls panels offers the possibility of plan and assemble complete central stations, both for air conditioning and for filtration, without necessity of expensive building interventions and realizable in greatly reduced times.

The equipments used for our prefabricated central are one of the more adjourned type even if based on highly tested principles and models.

The utilized air washers use high velocity solution and are SWS high pressure type for only adiabatic operation or traditional type for the possibility of use in combination with a refrigeration plant.

The fans, axial with wheel in aluminium and variation of the pitch angle of blades or centrifugal with closed or open wheel according to the use, are always dimensioned in compliance with special wing profile and with pivots with big rolling surface and low friction rate.

The equipments of automatic filtration are of the most advanced and efficient type, designed for the real demands of the plant and for reduced operation costs.
The automatic control system is electronic type, studied for the specific employment in the textile field and it represents the most complete and innovative solution actually on the market.
