CENTRAL SUCTION SYSTEM FOR HOSIERY KNITTING MACHINES

MAZZINIICI has developed a central suction system comprehensive of proper filtering & collecting equipment and fan suitably tailored for knitted fabric tightening as well as yarn ends removal from the circular stocking frames and the knitting machines.
The constant vacuum control ensured by the system by the system and the continuous yarn ends removal guarantee an improved knitting performance and a higher product quality.
If compared with the conventional system consisting of individual fans and filters, besides the considerable advantages mentioned, a major convenience is added due to the dramatic reduction of human service and collecting bin emptying, as well as minimized installed power, removal of a great deal of the heat dissipated by motors in the production rooms and therefore a more rational connection to the air-conditioning system.

MAZZINIICI’s central exhausting system consists of standardized elements including the whole branch piping to the working machines, the quick-coupling boxes, the filter yarn collecting bin and the high-efficiency fan.

All components are assembled considering the existing room and machinery lay-out and may be installed close to the production room as well as in the air conditioning station directly, if any.
To complete standardization a self-contained unit was developed to serve a 20 to 30 machine production line.
Besides piping, filter collecting bin and fan, this unit includes an optimum soundproof central control unit, in which all factory-fitted apparatuses are suitably placed.
